ABOUT US
B.W.A. Alliance Group is a Detroit-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with future goals to provide affordable housing, permanent supportive housing and many other resources that will help our communities to grow and provide needed services and business growth in our city limits. We will partner with community organizations, other businesses, and neighbors to bridge the gap on what’s missing and eventually fill those gaps. The first project we are focused on is an event space/community center.
Board of Directors:
I have over 15 years experience in real estate and many years as an entrepreneur. With an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, I spend most of my time focused on finding homes for clients, assisting the elderly, veterans and single mothers, as a specialty. I’m a licensed Realtor in Michigan and Georgia, and also a member of The National Association of Realtors, The Women’s Council of Realtors and a member of the Housing and Diversity Committee with the GA Board of Realtors. I regularly support the Atlanta and Detroit communities through volunteering and other mentoring services. Raised in Detroit, my heart always remains here and my goal is to be a part of the growing revitalization of this city.

Loraine comes on board with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, human resources, policy and procedure development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Finance. She has served two consecutive terms as National Black Data Processing-Detroit Chapter President. We look forward to her wonderful personality and expertise as we move forward building our organization.

Antoine is currently an Adjunct Professor at Dorsey College with an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy. Antoine is an accountant with experience in pre and post financial budgeting, staff administration and state regulation compliance. Antoine is also an accomplished author and is truly an asset to the group.

A Detroit Native, Shanta has 20 years experience in the Construction Industry in the areas of Accounting and Administration. She holds an Associates Degree in Libral Arts. Being able to share her story with others and assist them in ways that others have assisted her is what gives her joy and the strength to continue on.

Kimberly has over 25 years of experience as an insurance claims professional with an extensive background in project management, communication and customer service. Her God-given gifts are to inspire, empower and guide individuals towards living their best purpose-filled life. In addition to her professional and passion pursuits, Kimberly is the Chaplin of West Georgia, Georgia Chapter of the Links Incorporated, Founder and CEO of Claim Life Enterprises and a member of Delta Sigma Theta and an Ambassador for Woman University; a non-profit coaching program that supports women discovering their purpose and passions.
